IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
